Please find below the registration fees. Please note the deadline for registration for onsite participation to the conference : 25 October 2022. After this date, only registrations for the virtual event will remain available

*For being considered as a member, you must have paid the 2022 membership fees of the SFE², GfÖ or EEF societies (list of members will be verified)

 **Virtual registration give access to all plenary and regular sessions and symposia. Workshops are excluded.

Payment Method

• Credit card (Visa /MasterCard) : secured online payment.

• Bank transfer: bank charges must be paid by the participant.

• Purchase order (French participants only). Deadline for receipt of purchase orders: 21/10/2022 

Cancellation 

Please note that no cancellation or refund will be possible once you have registered.

Terms and Conditions

• Registration must be done filling the Online Registration form. One form per person. No quotation or invoice will be sent without online registration.

• If student registration is selected please provide the proof of this category; otherwise you will be requested to pay the registration difference amount.

• No invitation letter will be sent without payment of the registration fees.

• A registration confirmation and invoice will be sent after we received the payment.
