Abstract submission : closed 

Submission deadline : 30 June 2022 - 350 words maximum

Participants can submit two categories of abstracts, either for oral presentations or for posters. During submission, authors must select 2 scientific themes, by order of preference, in the proposed themes list.

Authors can also propose another theme, not listed, if they feel it would be more appropriate for their abstract. These themes will ultimately help to organize the regular session program.

After submission, all abstracts will be reviewed by at least two members of the scientific committee. Based on the reviews and the number of abstracts received, the abstracts submitted for oral presentations will either be accepted for a regular session or proposed for a poster session or rejected. Similarly, abstracts submitted for poster sessions will either be accepted for a poster session or rejected.

Please note that you can submit only one abstract for oral presentation as presenter.

The abstracts submitter will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing co-authors of the status regarding the abstract.

The presenting author must be registered for the conference.
Please note that registration for the conference and for the depository are separate, you must register for both.
